Commusoft vs BidClips: Which is a better fit?

Having previously used an older version of Commusoft to upgrade to the latest version was a godsend. Everything is easier to find, and the system itself is nice and clean and fresh.

As a small business I unfortunately lost my engineer and was operating as a sole trader but Commusoft would not reduce the charge for one user and so had to pay for 2 users.

Reporting is a great tool to easily see what jobs our outstanding in order to keep on top of invoicing etc.

Nothing about this software is disliked by myself or our users.

It makes managing the process from enquiry to invoice and payment very easy. It helps us provide great customer service which is really important.

Card and account integration. Some of the certificates difficult to use.

If you have a bespoke request they are more than happy to work with you to implement this. Would highly recommend this package to anyone in this line of business.

No real issues can be a bit slow but more likely our internet speeds.

We recently implemented auto glass and now more than ever we are excited that this transition has been pretty seamless.

Get a lot of in complete ones, not sure if it's too difficult for the customer to fill out on their end.

Very easy to work with the software and management/company are great. Very easy to do business with.

Sometimes it runs a little slow and the new updates keep freezing my computer.

Easy to communicate with customers. Helps with talking to people that may not like or want to talk on the phone.

I haven't really found anything I don't like about Bidclips.

We love this portal and the ease it brings to our customers.
