RSVPify is an end-to-event event management platform serving thousands of mid-size businesses and non-profits and over 30% of the Fortune 500.
Organizations of any industry and scale looking for an all-in-one tool to support event management and improve the attendee experience at in-person, virtual, or hybrid events.
I was a fan of easy they made the website and functionality of it. The customer support was awesome.
We paid for the extra QR code function, but when it came time to scan the QR codes at the event, the functionality was HORRIBLE.
The seating chart capability - it’s really awesome for larger events. The user friendly backend for my team members that aren’t super tech savvy.
The only complaint would be with setting up email invitations. We sent multiple batches of emails and they all had the same email title, making them harder to find.
It was so easy to set up and use and allowed me to set-up professional virtual events in a flash. Was absolutely thrilled with this product and would highly recommend it.
Instead of deleting an individual, we were forced to delete the whole party and have guests resubmit their RSVP's.
I especially liked the ability to have our guests choose their meal selection in the RSVP. The reporting is Amazing and made it super easy to get the information I needed to our venue event planner.
The Settings are hard to figure out when setting up an event. I don't like that even after an event passes you can't set up another event without deleting an old one.
Fluency, streaming quality, great ideas for integration and information exchange, I really like it. After a few minutes everything was light and clear in use.
Aggressive email marketing and notifications from the app are a real annoyance. They might be more welcome were the event on site during normal times, but at home during COVID it's maddening.
Whova's team is attentive, always innovating and updating their capabilities, they listen and address concerns quickly and effectively. Our event loved the app and we love the Whova team.
This was a true disaster and the worst possible outcome that we could have for a live event.
I used this software for a conference and it was great. It was perfect for a virtual conference, because there were multiple opportunities for and ways to engage.
We were not aware of these prior to them sending, and it cause a bit of confusion and frustration on our end.
Whova was a great way for all of the attendees, vendors, and coordinators to communicate and have fun during the CCMFOA 2021 Spring Conference.
When you do that, the window closes, so what’s the point of that useless button.
Elizabeth: My name is Elizabeth. I am the CEO and founder of Dear Eliza, and I give RSVPify four out of five. In the past, for different events, I've used things like just direct email and paperless posts, but for this event, I wanted something that actually had better tracking and a more personalized touch. RSVPify had quite a few great reviews. I took a look at the website and everything seemed really clear to understand, but the biggest thing that really made me go with them was the QR code. I wanted to include a QR code on our printed invitations so that people could just scan it and find out the event details immediately. It was a pretty easy learning curve. When I joined, it maybe took a little bit of time to kind of figure out all the functionality because there are quite a few options, which is great. But for someone who just needed something really simple, I think that I was a little confused at first. But yeah, with some time and just reading a little bit more, I was able to figure it out. I think anyone that's looking to use RSVPify I would recommend going with probably a paid plan because you get the most functionality like the QR code, which is really why I chose that platform, and I think that that really stood out for my guests. A few of them mentioned it, how cool they thought having the QR code was. I would also say if you're looking for a elaborate invitation, probably not the best bet for you. The templates that they offer are pretty simple, but that's fine, and you are able to brand them. So it's kind of like what you're looking for. If you're looking for quick functionality and being able to track people and follow up with event reminders, great. But if you're looking for a beautiful invitation, it's probably not for you.
Jason: Hi, my name is Jason. I am a lieutenant for a police department in Colorado. I give Whova a five out of five. For more reviews like this, please click below. So I was first exposed to Whova about two years ago while attending a pretty large scale conference in another state. And just a couple of months after, I was to help plan and organize another conference here in the state. Whova was very helpful in that it really saved our time and resources, helped with attending networking, and also, it was a huge aid in communication between conference organizers and attendees, exhibitors and attendees. And then, again, as I mentioned, that networking between the attendees themselves. What I like best about Whova is the reliance on the digital, technology, and cellphones. We've really gone away from written agendas, curriculums, and in-person registration. So the Whova app allows you to do all these things over the phone. You can do virtual check-ins. You can facilitate dialogue and discussion with attendees with the app itself. As I mentioned before, I've used Whova for a couple of years, both as a user and then a coordinator administrator, and I really can't think of anything negative to say about the application itself. It really, again, has allowed us to save our time and resources, and devote energy towards interacting with attendees at the conference.
