Based on my experience with this software the major problem encountered is network problem. Sometime i face difficulties in assessing the softwar4e in the net.

I hate that you need internet connection before accessing the software giving the fact that internet connection can be hard to get.

SAFSMS is easy to use, flexible and accessible to all users. To me, it's being a splendid experience.
Initially, we Operators were allowed to create the terms, sessions etc, but lately it's being done centrally which in some cases are delayed. This may be an internal control issue, i do not know).
An amazing experience overall. The implementation was seamless, and the 1:1 training was perfectly tailored to our needs.

First off the product creator is super helpful and provides her time and resources to learn how to navigate the software- helping you identify how it can be most useful to your specific program.
As a parent, I don't even think twice about paying preschool tuition each month. Our School Hangout offers auto pay and again takes one more thing off my to-do list.
I was able to call the parent so she knew we were safe and for her to get to a safe place. That ability to communicate with parents is a fabulous feature for me.
I really cannot think of anything negative to say about Our School Hangout. It is a different mind set than our previous program.
My experience with Our School Hangout has been amazing. I could not ask for a better program or management to work with us during this transition.
I haven’t found any cons yet. I had a few issues upon setting up the app, but that turned out to be user error.
