Logiwa is a great system for a company in need of a WMS system on a budget. It integrates with numerous eCommerce and accounting platforms and has been a great help to our operations.
Also that you cant input storage charges from before getting the program, so doing manually 1st month was a pain, but smooth sailing for future.
Great Program for the Price, the implementation and support team have been super helpful.
The customer support the last few months has been poor.
The software is as advertised and comes with Great Support. G has done a fabulous job being patient with myself.
Error messages are not very descriptive. The interface could use a bit of polish.
The solution is robust and handles fulfillment operations really well. The built in integrations are awesome and very easy to use.

It's perfectly suited to medium and small size companies involved in electronics. It's super easy to use and help you keeping organized.
The most disconcerting feature is that the user has no direct access to the database. No way to mass load the data yourself.
Frequently being updated to add new (and useful) features. We are a small electronics manufacturing company--PartsBox is perfect for us.
Subscription based licensing is a disappointing part of it.

We were having problems ensuring we had adequate quantities of parts for projects -- and often wasting money buying parts that we already had stored in a box somewhere.

So, for Logiwa, we use it as a warehouse management system software, as well as the multi-channel inventory system. What we do, more specifically, is that we get orders on Logiwa from 10 different stores, 10 different sales channels, and compile them together, print postage labels on Logiwa, and create jobs, create picking, pack them, and then indicate that the order has been fulfilled. And update those tracking numbers to the stores, so that the customers get updated. And use Logiwa to track if the orders have been shipped, and also if we got supplies, like adequate inventory from, we track those inventory from Logiwa, as well, and link with listings so that if there is any quantity changes in the system, it syncs to 10 different channels. That's day-to-day usage of Logiwa. What I like most about Logiwa is its versatility and its features. So, what I dislike about is that the things that Logiwa promised to do is not really happening in the system. That's what I don't like about Logiwa.
