The onboarding process was smooth, the integration simple and the support we got was great. The AI detection is excellent as it helps us block bots we didn't even know existed.
We don’t have to deal with bots anymore. Click fraud is a serious challenge for our whole industry, and trying to fight it was exhausting, time-consuming and inefficient.
Given how much support we get and the quality of the reporting and configuration tools, we definitely are getting our money's worth and recommend DataDome to anyone who needs bot protection.
Unless you understand the entirety of the solution, your implementation can leave gaps for bots to get through, or an incorrect configuration resulting in hours of frustration.
We hired a scraping expert to adversarially test the various bot prevention solutions (PeremiterX, Radware, etc.) and Datadome did as good or better than the other options that are 10x the price.
We were continuously getting hit by loads of unwanted bots, some of which were very aggressive.
Flexible tools and deployment, good reporting, great support, transparent pricing.
We originally used a competitor - Distil Networks (now Imperva). Our experience with them was ok, but the management tools were rudimentary and support became so poor we had to give up on them.
It it the best and I have dug through all antivirus software looking for the best and it stands out above the rest try it and you two will be impressed.
It only crashed on very few occasions per 100 PCs, but when it did - it was catastrophic and the Windows systems did not boot and/or they were unrecoverable.
The software is very easy to install. It does a very good job of keeping my computer very safe and secure.
Every time I used a program, AVG would mistake it as a program that had a virus or security risk involved and refused to open.
I think the price is perfect for what it offers and the free version is pretty good despite being free.
While we had AVG our systems were hacked multiple times and we had one or two breaches of non-important information but it was still a breach.
It is one of the best platforms when it comes to security platforms because it deals so well and professionally in providing its customers with an easy, safe and secure system.
A lot of additional packaging costs other than what was originally listed therefore it can be a bit misleading.
Donald N: My name is Don. I'm a photographer, and I use AVG AntiVirus Business Edition. I give it a five out of five. I've been using McAfee before I used the AVG. I had McAfee, I was paying a monthly subscription and it ended up going up after one year. So over the past two years, I've been using the AVG Business Edition, and that's been my only virus protection program that I'm using currently since this past two years. My reason for choosing the AVG is because McAfee, the pricing kept changing. It was getting more expensive after the one year and then after when it got onto the two year mark and I just was hesitant to continue with it. Mainly based on the price and I just didn't really locked their practices of one time giving me a discount then the discount didn't last and I was just figuring that it was on a trend going up over time. So I said, I wanted something more stable as regard to price and where I could give to something that was just going to work best for me and then I have a clue of what to expect later. The onboarding was really easy. I just went on Google, I searched for AVG, and once I went to the website and I just put in some basic information about me and my company, just went ahead and set up the registration for it, downloaded it and it downloaded very quickly. It was easy to set up the scheduled scans and I was able to do quick scans, full scans, all that, and everything was laid out in a format to me that it was much simpler than McAfee. So just getting on there, getting set up and registered, it just went really quickly for me. It was very easy. I didn't have any trouble at all of setting it up, and I'm not having any issues just even remaining with it. Everything's been working properly and no frustration at all. Definitely recommend that people can sign up for it to see how easy it is and see for themselves that AVG does work well. It has the ability to scan and find viruses or threats to the computer. So whenever if that there was a threat detected, it'll let me know. And so just by using it, setting it up, and practicing with it is great. So I'd recommend just going for it and just seeing for yourself that it really does work. It's got easy format and it's definitely something that is worthwhile.
