idloom vs Gigwell: Which is a better fit?

A great team, super friendly and helpful and a great user friendly product. Growing flexibility over time which is great.

The lack of full control over parts of the CMS is sometime as problem.

The team is super responsive and passionate about positively and meaningfully impacting the event planning and management space. This is especially true from the non-profit lens.

We can't customise all areas even with the design knowledge, e.g emails as we don't have access, so if a client requires this we the get charged.

I love how great their customer service has been. Sensitive content hidden] always respond right away and are super friendly with their assistance.

I miss the feature to individualize the event overview more as we need it.

What we value most is the time that we save thanks to the tools provided by IDLoom. In addition, we may create fresh, elegant and user friendly event management pages with minimum training of effort.

Language barrier at times, quite complex if you have a bigger event and want to use more features.

I love that I can pull all of my data in one report. I love that I can easily see a calendar with all of our upcoming engagements and share this with our artists and our embed it in our website.

Invoicing, as we send a lot of invoices, it does not work as well as an accounting system e.g xero.

Their customer support is truly fantastic. Personalized, open to feedback, quick to assist, just wonderful.

Problems to add code to website and difference of hours for assistance.

The customer service and friendly staff are fantastic about answering questions. I bet support would be wonderful as well.

It just seems not as easy to use as the one before. Creating contacts could be a little less confusing.

The team and I love the dashboard - it's easy to use and stores everything relative to bookings. The ability to have only bookings at particular stages of the bookings process is very useful.

I feel there is a lack of options on booking gigs in my area but still not that big a deal.
