Ross A: Hi, I'm Ross. I'm the owner of the business. I give Sideline a five out of five. If you want to get more reviews like this, click the link below. Before Sideline, I was using my landline through Comcast, and I switched to Sideline because it had way more features. It was one eighth of the price and I was also able to have it... answer remotely through my cell phone anytime I needed it. I didn't have to just be tied to the spot. I chose Sideline because it had all of the features I was looking for, call waiting, forward to voicemail, text to voicemail. I could manage the greetings, I could have different times for when I was in class versus when the school was closed. It just gave me all the features that I had in my previous, plus about 10 more, without it costing anything extra. Setting Sideline up was very easy. It was basically just plugging in my phone number. They did most of the setup on the back end. I had to go in and record my greetings and set up my text, my auto text messages. Sideline has been great. I've been using it for about four years now. In the entire four years, I've only had maybe one or two dropped calls, and that was probably more of a network thing than them. The program works flawlessly. It's very inexpensive. It has lots and lots of features. I couldn't recommend them enough. I have been approached by multiple other platforms, and checking them out they don't come close to the features and the pricing.

Daniel: Hi, I'm Daniel. I'm a business owner. And I give VoIP.ms five out of five. Click video to see my review. So before I went to VoIP.ms I was using the regular phone systems. And they were quite expensive, especially for the long-distance calls. Then I heard about voice-over IP things, and I kept looking and a lot of them were quite complex. And then I found about VoIP.ms. And their explanation are so clear, so simple. The setup is simple. It's very, very cheap in terms of cost for the system and it's super reliable. And that's what I was looking for. So I chose VoIP.ms because they're super simple to set up and their review were great in terms of stability. And that's what I was really looking for. And in reality, they are super stable and reliable. So I'm really, really happy with that. Creating the account with VoIP.ms is super easy, super simple. The interface is quite straightforward. When it comes to set it up with your actual hardware, that's a bit more complex because obviously, all the hardware are different. But they have a very, very comprehensive Wiki. So you just need to look up what type of hardware you purchased to connect with their voiceover IP service. And then you just follow the step by step and set it up. And they even have very, very neat tips for all the weird things that you can get like at night ring bells that are just fluke over the network and they tell you exactly how to fix that. So it was really great. So if you're looking for a great voiceover IP provider, I really would recommend using VoIP.ms. Just make sure you do your research on the hardware side that you want to purchase because they don't sell hardware. So it's really, you bring your own hardware company. So look up how many ports you need, what types of services you want to have over IP because they have all the services. They have the phone, they have the fax, they have the SMS over IP. So just look up the hardware that you really need. And for the rest, just create your account. It's super easy. And then once you have your account created, you have all the information that you just simply configure into your hardware and that's it. You plug your device and you're done.
