Graphic design good and very pleasing to look at. Excited by the fully responsive site feature, mobile app and by robust SEO integrated throughout the site.
I will do whatever I can to fight this ridiculous company and I will use all my social media influencers to also let the world know the scam they run.
Great team on every level! fantastic support and very friendly. The product itself is comprehensive and fills most of our needs at an unbeatable price.
I would not waste time or money with this shady company. Very disgusted with the outcome and waste of time and resources.
It's a great looking product so looks up to date and impressive for my customers. Loads of good functionality in the site manager section.
As with any software, the learning curve takes time but not nearly as much time as other applications that became so frustrating that I quit using them within 48 hours.
Pros: Good directory solution with features like listings, events, deals and articles makes it applicable to many industries. Also quite some good revenue models possible.
Insanely expensive for extremely poor experience. Require root access and taxes server resources.
During their hours of operation, they answer RIGHT AWAY. It is mind-blowing and I am so happy and love them so much for this.
To date I don't know that I have found any function that I use that I would say was bad or difficult to use.
The team's leadership is very passionate about the product, they welcome new ideas and suggestions for improvement.
The only complaint I would have is it's not as easy to get to the texts. I have to click multiple things to be able to get to what I'm needing.
Let me start by this, you get the best and most helpful, super swift support you can imagine; [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is always there to answer and support all our inquires. For me this is top reason.
I taught my trustee the program in a day. We are still learning; however, the struggle is so much smaller knowing that we can see the information at any given time from anywhere.
The ease of use cannot go unnoticed. I am impressed with how it meets the needs of our church both from the administrative view and the member view, The blog and notifications are great features.
I do not think I remember the cons or disadvantages.
Paul: Hey, my name is Paul. I'm the president of my organization. I rate eDirectory a five. And for more information, click below. The product that I switched over from which I use for a lot of my other websites is Wix. There's not quite as much customization on Wix and it's pretty difficult to make a directory. The nice thing about eDirectory is, that's their focus. That's what they do. And there's a lot of client service, where if you have any customizations that you need to make, they'll work with you on that. And the prices for the add-ons and the customizations are pretty reasonable. And they do them in a pretty decent amount of time, so that's why I made the switch from Wix. I went with eDirectory because of their focus on directories and that's exactly what I needed. Also, any changes I needed on the site, they were amenable to working with me on. So they're just the perfect solution for the work that I was doing. The process to get onboarded with eDirectory does take a little bit of time, as a lot of other websites do. They have their own way of customizing, the way that you as the user, as the site builder will customize the site. So it took a little bit of time, but they have quite a lot of video tutorials to look at and you can actually chat with them, pretty much at any time, if you have any questions, so that made it easier. Advice that I have, if you're looking at eDirectory for your business is to consider all the different angles and all the different questions you're going to have when you build your site. And make sure to ask all that stuff up-front so that there's no confusion around pricing or anything like that, or what the site is capable of, that you're very comfortable once you've adopted eDirectory.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
