The basic reporting is good but the ability to customize existing reports or create your own is excellent. Most importantly, their level of customer service is absolutely top notch.
Mind you, I copy the data set once and then just have to paste it into 4 different screens, but it's annoying and if I get distracted, I might easily forget a step.

Customer service is extremely responsive and superb. We recently asked for a report that we needed for stock takes - on a Sunday night.
I can't tell you how many late nights were spent at the warehouse counting inventory. Once Finale was implemented those late nights were no more.
They are constantly improving this product including both the user interface and adding new features/reports. Its good to see this software has good support and is always getting better.
Lack of wholesale features and orders creation.
It is very easy to use and their support is very good. They are very responsive towards our needs and try to resolve our problems very quickly.
Every time something has broken down the technical support fixes it in record time.
What I like best about them is that I am using the software both for my warehouse and retail store.
And the data is mostly accurate. We can spot mistakes much quickly.
Bundles very easy to work with and setup, the support team is always here to help and the syncing of changes is almost instant. So important for a software to cover all these at once.
Heck, even the backs and governments are being hacked.
