The customer service support has been fantastic, very much one-on-one to help me with getting the platform launched in sections so I'm not overwhelmed and so I'm not overwhelming my staff.
Some of the processes are confusing (our managers have a hard time with the signing process).

I am confused about the order in which notifications are to be sent for starting a review and for ending a review. What does the manager need to do and what does the EE need to do.
It is easy to use and there is great support, not just on the software but more improtantly on the process of successfully coaching your people.
Some of the drop downs and lists are not in alphabetical order.

Some of the great features you can enjoy using these apps are Goals, reviews, surveys, training and etc. Another superb plus point is users can integrate the mailboxes, including outlook.
Support is useless, if they respond at all. Our account handler keeps sending us PDFs to get us to pay more.
Has great features and really easy to understand the whole points. Training a new comer employee with this product helps a lot as it can show every process step by step, which we loved.
The disadvantage I noticed is that the mobile version sometimes bugs.
In this software I really liked its pleasant design and its simplicity, and it is also easy to use and administer.
So far, I did not experience any issues, since I have been using limited features yet but there are many other areas to capitalize on.
