Our experiences has been great. Concierge Plus is responsive, supportive, and approachable with questions, concerns, changes, and issues.
Cocnierge plus t does not accommodate well to residents with out emails. Although the database with users that only have cell or home number still get emergency announcments via txt, phone.
Excellent experience working with Concierge Plus staff to set up the program with 3 properties I manage. Excellent communication and great instruction.
Can do with some more features. Had no major problems with this software execpt from a few connection issues.

Customer Service agents are so fast, efficent and super helpful. They are really good at getting you the information you need and always ask if you need help with anything else before exiting chat.
No automated messaging system, no automated accounting system. Lacks a lot of features that other products offer.
It has a fanatics dashboard with friendly user interface that I can have a good overview with just a glimpse. Also, with detailed documentation, it is quite easy for setup and understand how to use.
Problems - tenant management (keeping everything in one place).
It is very easy to setup and has great customer support. The notification template is helpful to send quick messages to all tenants in a building.
You have to leave a message and wait for them to call back and usually by the time they call back I am off to the next project and not near the computer.

After doing a little bit of research online, we chose RentRedi because it seemed to be the best option for our needs. We chose RentRedi because we were looking for a one-stop shop to manage our rentals. It had everything that we needed as far as property managing, collecting rent for our renters as well, screening tenants. So those are the reasons that we chose RentRedi. One of the best things about RentRedi was the onboarding process. It's very user-friendly. We had a chat assistant that helped us the whole time get ready for loading our properties and preparing for tenants to use the software as well. So we had someone holding our hand the whole time as we were setting up our RentRedi profile. I think the biggest recommendation is to utilize all of the resources that RentRedi has. It has a vast amount of resources that you can use and assistants that are on there ready to help. So use those resources and you'll be on your way.
