If you make a accounting error it is hard to rectify it if you don't understand how the software works or accounting principles.

Great product for what you pay for. Technical support is always very friendly and help is immediate.

If you prepare multiple invoices, it's difficult to track what your client has already paid and owes. This has resulted in some trust accounting errors.

It helps with the day to day practice. I also reapply appreciate the quick email support which is great.

Sometimes it takes a lot to load the page, and some features are confusing.

Generating billing statements can be confusing.

When you are uploading documents, if you do not have the browser window full screen, the pop up window for uploading can be difficult to use. It can't be resized or moved.

Very user-friendly and excellent support when needed.

Essential functions do not work on the mobile version which defeats the whole purpose of using this software.
