Post Planner has plans for brands of all sizes. Since 2011, small businesses, startups, brands, solopreneurs, agencies and more have trusted Post Planner to save time and increase engagement.
What I like most about SocialOomph is the ability to manage multiple Twitter accounts and the automated direct messaging feature that you can set up is amazing.
My overall experience was one of frustration, consternation, and anger.
It interfaces perfectly with Twitter and Facebook for me, and I can instantly add posts, or just go in and fine posts from my history and post again.
The only thing I don't like using is the lack of UI and UX Customer Experience. The design is outdated and sometimes it really feels clunky.
SocialOomph is really easy to set-up, use and schedule your Tweets. It's quick and their tracking ability is good.
Don't have too much to say about what I dislike.
I really love the app and I would recommend it for anyone who manages social media, especially for agencies who has to manage few accounts at a time.
They keep offering pro/premium features all the time to the point that sometimes it gets annoying.
It's worth the investment. Post Planner also offers some incredible advice, training, and study guides on their blog to help you build a highly engaged audience with speed, pleasure, and ease.
Charged annual renewal in February despite email that states no charges until March.
The management and the flexibility. It's great to get this stuff off your plate and let a more proactive force take care of it for you.
They will do nothing but hand you an apology because they have already stolen your money.
It is easy to use, offers valid and appropriate content, and is reliable. Excellent support response.
Doesn't work for Facebook profiles, but that's a Facebook problem, not an app problem.
The price is right on point for my business and their customer service is amazing. Can't thank them enough for their help in getting me set up and running.
When you do find content even if it is limited, planning, scheduling and posting was a breeze.
Danielle: Hi, my name is Danielle. I own a social media company. I use Post Planner daily, and I give it a four out of five. For more information, click below. Before using Post Planner, I used to use Hootsuite, and as a small business, it became unaffordable. I couldn't have enough clients. As my client base was growing, so was my need. I also tried to use the back end of Facebook, and that's just a mess. So Post Planner for me was perfect, for a small business that was growing. There were several reasons I chose Post Planner. Number one, above all else, was the customer service. I was just learning, and I would send a message, and I'd get an immediate response. Number two was price. It's compatible and works as well as everything else. You can schedule more. It offers you more in it to work with, whereas the others don't. And often, with some of them, every time you want to add something or add a new client, or add a new platform, there's a raise in price. That's what made me think there was no... With Hootsuite, absolutely no customer care at all. I was billed twice, billing problems, everything, just completely unsatisfied. So that's what made me choose this. From the very beginning, they've been working with me as my business has grown. I'm completely satisfied. One of the things I found great about Post Planner was how easy it was to get started. I started with Facebook, mine, and I had 19 clients, and it just brings them all in, and you can pick and choose what part of it you want attached. If you want Instagram, which comes with Facebook, it was super easy. And then if you want to bring them in on Twitter, that was easy too. It was just a click. And if you have any problems, once again, I have to say, customer service was absolutely fabulous. I had a problem with LinkedIn. I was doing something wrong, and I couldn't figure it out. And in the end, he actually ended up doing a phone call with me to help me straighten it out, and it was on my end. So customer service, above all else, is amazing, especially when you're starting out. The ability to size pictures, because that's one of the things in social media that is ugh, if you have the wrong size picture for the wrong platform. And within the Post Planner, when you've uploaded whatever picture you're using, it allows you to resize it. It'll allow you to put your logo on it, if you want, or words, which also allows you to not be using some of the other software that costs out there, like Canva and things like that. It's within Post Planner, which I find absolutely amazing. Also, the ability to use pictures, free pictures that are available on the web. That's within the platform. If you were thinking about getting Post Planner, I would say yes, do it. I would recommend it above anything else because the ease of use, the cost, and the added benefits that you get with it, the different things, quotes, some of the latest stuff to look at, what's trending, you can type in a search and find what you're looking for, absolutely amazing. So I would get it, absolutely. The only reason I would say not to is if you're crazy, and you want to throw away money.
