Agilysys DataMagine vs HighQ: Which is a better fit?

This product is super easy to use and great for a hotel of any size.

Not having an image in storage of the actual, signed receipt makes it difficult to handle disputed charges, etc.

Great experience with Agilysys. Excellent customer service.

The only bad thing I experienced was that the system had a slight delay when loading very large documents or doing complex searches of company documents.

Helpful to which compliments Agilysys products.

We are currently using Oracle Opera. I'm not sure if the software is compatable.

Many software programs can be complex and difficult to navigate, especially for users who are not familiar with them. This can lead to frustration and a decrease in productivity.

It is really useful and easy to use which is great for me as I often need to be in and out of the DR.

The creation/implementation process was frustrating at times.

Breadth of features are good. Interesting possibilities for expansion of features into new item.

Problems incurred when offline, pricing is high.

Very happy with the tool as we use this with our home grown solution to serve Legal community for various use cases.

Understanding is difficult. It can be hard to figure out.
