Working with Quantum has been an exceptional experience. They provide seamless implementation, insightful reporting, and outstanding support.
Also, from our staff's perspective, the language used to describe each icon is offensive (e.g. disengaged). So, we have had to customize the icons for all of our PowerPoint slides.

The only thing I'd suggest is adding more options to customize the questions and ratings, as sometimes they feel too generic and rigid.
