Benchmark Gensuite EHS vs Dashpivot: Which is a better fit?

Gensuite is a excellent asset to my quality organization. The support/customer service team is very responsive.

So far these products have not worked in a consistent manner. This is frustrating to many workers that after struggling to get the apps to work, now refuse to use the mobile apps at all.

From an application standpoint, I really like the Concern Reporting - great for everyday use and engagement. Instant Insights is also great for reporting both up and down.

It is overwhelming to an individual and many times you can get lost in the software because it isn’t intuitive.

Gensuite has great capability and can be customized to fit any needs. It has been a great tool for our company.

At this time I am very frustrated with the product and system.

Gensuite's ability to analyze information across a large enterprise adds value for my team. Gensuite also has great workflow capacity and wonderful customer service.

Don't spread the account managers so thin (if that is the problem?).

I also love the fact I can be out in the field & log photos in real time, it saves arguments with both clients & subcontractors. The safety of knowing that all my data is backed up is great also.

I often find myself re-customising my templates, as I learn from trial, error and experience.

My experience to date with dashpivot has been a really positive one, as somebody who is not a real lover of technology I was impressed by how easy and user friendly the software was.

Too much visibility as the 'team' grows - no selective privacy function.

I love the Photo capture feature of Dashpivot. This is our most used tool and is great for progress tracking and issuing information to our clients.

There is not a part of dashpivot that I dislike the few issues I have had have been resolved quickly by the D/P team.

Dashpivot has been a great asset in allowing us to organise and manage both site diaries and photographs as well as providing the ability to tag them for easy reference where required.

That you can't add a name if its a one off in the system. The line when you select a name is too low.
