I'm very happy with RotaReady - it keeps improving and the features are excellent. It really helps having everything in one place and also having less paperwork.

It's been a great asset to onboarding team members and keeping staff details and records in one place. Customer service online chat is brilliant and you get answers and support really fast.
My main criticism would be that there is no way to manage the rotas from my phone without using a browser (which is cumbersome).
Overall the experience with RotaReady is good. Customer service is fantastic, they reply almost straight away and find the best and quickest solutions.

A bit disappointed because we pointed out what we needed and were told the software would cope but I don’t think it will.
The system is great, easy to use, gives great data and once implemented will help with pay as well.
Scheduling crew is laborious and time consuming. As an employee it’s clunky and often fails to register a shift start or finish.
