Love Kaymbu- I have loved using Kaymbu this year- and my parents love it as well- super user friendly to both teachers and parents love the new phone app.
Sometimes we have trouble connecting to Kaymbu. Often times it is a problem with our server.

The time it takes to download the video can take a while and if it does not load properly you have to re-do the entire video which can be frustrating.
The ability to customize tags and share them with other instructors is very helpful. I also like that I can change the settings for who can see the videos and comments.
One feature that many of my students struggled with was how to attach a written document with the video they uploaded and annotated.
Wonderful program that is the next best thing to being in person. I am able to make specific suggestions during a performance that enhances student's performance.
This platform is mostly used when giving video feedback on ASL. It allows me to pause where the error is made on the student's part, and to criticize at the exact moment.

Not sure if it is an actual issue with the software or just how our university has chosen to implement it.
