We appreciate the tool's comprehensive monitoring capabilities, the organization of the data, and the ease with which we can create dashboards and reports.

But they are developing them right now. And the inability to edit labels and rules.

Customer support is excellent, they are very quick to answer and always available to help with a solution. They are also open to suggestions on how to improve their software.I highly recommend it.

It’s inconvenient to work with links in reports.

With YouScan, you can’t monitor Instagram stories. Unfortunately, there are no tools on the market that can provide access to this data.

It was a great experience, the platform was very useful to help us as a firm reach our goals with clients.

The difficulty of working with information on twitter.

As we are a big team, it was important to setup the toll correctly and the implementation team were fantastic in setting up the tool in a way that works with us.

No communication to customers about missing data or data problems.

The customer service is quite good and the datasecurity is one of the best on the market.

Bad data quality, constantly deteriorating. No adaptation to changes of changes in meta apis.

Overall, I am very happy with Facelift as a social media management tool and I would recommend it to others.

Often outages which led to the disruption of out team.

The software also includes a free trial, which made it possible for me to find out whether the mobile support it gives is any good (and yeah it is alright).

Unfortunately, many modules do not work at the team level. This means that the authorizations cannot be released for everyone and many functions cannot be used.
