facelift vs Syften: Which is a better fit?

As we are a big team, it was important to setup the toll correctly and the implementation team were fantastic in setting up the tool in a way that works with us.

Overall, I am very happy with Facelift as a social media management tool and I would recommend it to others.

The software also includes a free trial, which made it possible for me to find out whether the mobile support it gives is any good (and yeah it is alright).

Unfortunately, many modules do not work at the team level. This means that the authorizations cannot be released for everyone and many functions cannot be used.

The most impressive aspect to me is the speed of notifications: they happen almost in real-time. I appreciate the different filter syntax features.

There's no option for applying filter subsets (keywords + operands) globally to all filters, which can be a minor pain if you have a lot of filters and need to tweak a filter that applies to them all.
