Amazing price, amazing program, and amazing response when you have a questions (Although the software is so easy to use, that we rarely ask for anything).
It makes some of the work arounds very awkward and confusing for both customers and staff.
Ease of use is key in our environment staff ramped up quickly. The staff are a pleasure to deal with both responsive and knowledgable of customer requirements and industry needs.
The grooming module still needs some work and there are a couple of functions that are not flexible enough for our needs (bulk vouchers being the worst).
I recently switched to Propet from a different software and they have made the transition seamless. Amazing customer service that always has rapid and helpful responses.
There is not a thing we can say that is negative about this software as it has exactly what we need for our boarding facility.
I am pleased with the choice to go with them. Not to mention I strongly praise their support as they are very quick to respond to troubleshooting issues and functionality questions.
So much needs to be done - main complaint is customers book even if you are full. We have to manually tell them we're full.
The staff are also very helpful and the on-boarding process was very smooth and they talked me through everything important on the program which was a big help.
The only other struggle I had was figuring out pricing and how to set it up for specific people/ services, etc.
I love that most everything can be personalized to your specific business. The interface is my favorite because of the functionality, color scheme, personalized pictures, & whimsical design.
Currently, if you make a billing adjustment to a sent invoice, the adjustment doesn't post on the client's end until the following invoice. It's not a huge deal, but does confuse some clients.
Exceptional service by the team, great user friendly app. It has improved by ability to keep up with my busy, growing business.
I find the typeface a little difficult to read which can be challenging with daily use. The tipping feature still needs to be built out more so we've needed to come up with a work around for that.
And when taking care of pets, it can be a little hectic sometimes. So to have this as my baseline is reassuring and extremely helpful.
That would show me my real workload. New clients experienced issues with the software 'freezing.
