KPA Flex vs Safety Champion: Which is a better fit?

Love the ability to roll out new forms of any nature to all employees with a click of a button and then be able to track who has completed or not with ease.

We have had trouble uploading information, but I think that's more of an issue on our side, not on the iScout side.

Being able to customize our own reports is sweet and then being able to set those up to push out to the appropriate individuals automatically is just fantastic.

Lack of analysis Options. I had to make a form to make a task since the system is geared towards completing forms, rather than completing tasks.

We are a short term user at this time, and still have a lot to learn about the system and how to best utilize it for our company, but what we do use, we are very happy with it.

The formatting on the data load spreadsheets can be difficult to use.

I loved the ease of the interface, and who I was able to start moving my excel managed safety program in to iScout with little help.

While the interface was very intuitive, I felt some f the features were in the wrong location to my way of thinking.

From purchase to implementation the Safety Champion team has been helpful and prompt in responding to any query. The software enables us to develop and maintain a robust safety Management System.

One option is missing in "Type of Incident": hazard / dangerous situation.

The introduction of the system into our operations provided a user friendly platform which in itself is a major win for our organisation.

Notifications are sent to people with the same profile but from different workplaces. Difficult to tailor the notifications.

We really like the visibility you get with Safety Champion it helps with focusing on our safety and ease of setting up regular checks , it also has some standard templates that can be used.

The “Reference No.” where the Certificate’s name is, it is not visible, so I can’t find the right certificate as they all look similar.

Safety Champion has saved us a lot of time and encouraged people to report more incidents and hazards as it is easier.

App - Records of Inspections, Incidents cannot be accessed using the App. Notifications - Hard to set up.
