Outside of using the tool, I also must say that their Customer Service is amazing. Anytime I have any questions about using their tool or adding a new team member, they are always happy to help.
We might as well post manually every single day, because we're watching the accounts so closely to see if there are any errors, and then having to correct those errors.

Access to accounts constantly need to be reconnected. The app that they use to connect accounts doesn't work very well, and errors out.
It's easy to use, the ideas for posts are awesome and I love how easy it is to schedule posts across multiple social media platforms.
There's a lack of stock content... (at least for my industry).
Support is great and the tool is solid. Developers keep on making it better and the team is passionate.
That's where things have broken down in my experience - the mobile app posting sequence has been unreliable, losing posts, posting the wrong content, etc.
Overall it has been fantastic value for money, with great product communication from the Social Champ team. The product does what is says it does and is always growing.
Not getting notified when a social media account is disconnected and a scheduled post has failed.
Overall, I am very happy with Social Champ and am thrilled with how much time and effort it saves.
When You want to automaticly post to Instagram you need to manually do that through the app. But I think this is a problem on Instagrams end.
Reliable friendly support and most importantly, whenever we have made requests or suggestions the tech team has taken our requests seriously and integrated some great solutions.
It's a newer, lesser-known platform, so some technical problems happen from time to time, but they get fixed quickly.

Before choosing PromoRepublic, I looked at a bunch of other options. Probably the biggest one would have been Hootsuite to kind of automate my social media presence, and really just kind of the price of Hootsuite and some of the functionality of it just didn't really fit my needs at the time. Among the many reasons I chose PromoRepublic for my social media needs were its ease of use, the ability to preschedule months and months out, good base of pre-populated images and ideas to send out, and the fact that I could actually use it with my team, that we can both kind of get in there and do what we need to do and make sure that we're sending out as much social media content as we desire. Getting started with PromoRepublic was super easy. There's a ton of information online. And then just the layout of the interface was very user intuitive. It was super simple, both myself and my wife who use it with me. She was able to like jump right in and activate things and do all the stuff and make changes. And anytime it's easy for her, it makes life easy for me. If you're thinking about PromoRepublic, the only thing I can say is do it. Let's be honest. You have to be on social media to make your business thrive these days and PromoRepublic makes it super simple for you to do that. It gives you a ton of templates and ideas and they're very engaging with you in the customer service aspect of things as well. There's also a Facebook page. So yeah, my recommendation is to just jump in, do it. You won't regret it.

Before using Social Champ we were using a patchwork of other social managers, like Facebook's built-in management tool. LinkedIn does not have any sort of management tools, so we had to schedule those posts manually. So it was a little bit of a pain having to use different software solutions, so that's why we decided to switch over to Social Champ. We decided to switch to Social Champ because our previous software solutions were not really working for us. We had some software solutions that didn't allow us to schedule our social posts in advance, which is really important for us. We try to plan at least one to two months out, and Social Champ allows us to do that. And also it allows us to schedule all of our posts across platforms in one place, which was another really important thing. We wanted to use one software platform instead of having to remember a bunch of individual logins. Implementation and setup with Social Champ was really simple. All we needed to do was log into our individual social media accounts and authorize them with Social Champ. From then on, it was just a matter of scheduling our first posts and discovering all the features that the software had. So very simple setup and implementation. If I had to give a word of advice to anyone who's considering trying Social Champ, I would say go for it. If you were in a position like I was just a few months ago and having to manage multiple logins and different management platforms, Social Champ's definitely going to save you a lot of time. It's going to allow you to schedule posts in advance. It's going to free up energy for other things, and it's just very simple to use. So I would say give it a try.
