Having tools for content marketing is awesome. Auto-posting and having a design app integrated is awesome.
Access to accounts constantly need to be reconnected. The app that they use to connect accounts doesn't work very well, and errors out.

Love the AI assistant to create captions for posts, quite innovative. The “listeners” are super useful for a community manager to monitor relevant conversations.
The only thing I disliked was that the images in the calendar appeared so small that I could not see, at a glance, which image was scheduled to go out.
This is great also considering that the price is competitive. An absolute highlight of this tool for me is the automatic suggestion of trending sounds.
After I connected my social accounts to Vista Social, they didn't appear in my dashboard, and I had to select them manually after a few attempts to solve the problem.
Overall, this platform seems like a great tool for improving one’s skillset, productivity and quality of social media marketing strategies.
There is a lot going on and It isn't the most user-friendly software I have used, it took me a minute to figure a few things out...and there is no chat widget for customer service.
Another great thing I loved about the software was the ability to create not only reports based on your connected profiles, but also create and export reports that add your competitor analysis.
When collaborating with others, the broad optional devices can be used differently. This problem can be solved by deciding among the team members a modus operandi.

Before choosing PromoRepublic, I looked at a bunch of other options. Probably the biggest one would have been Hootsuite to kind of automate my social media presence, and really just kind of the price of Hootsuite and some of the functionality of it just didn't really fit my needs at the time. Among the many reasons I chose PromoRepublic for my social media needs were its ease of use, the ability to preschedule months and months out, good base of pre-populated images and ideas to send out, and the fact that I could actually use it with my team, that we can both kind of get in there and do what we need to do and make sure that we're sending out as much social media content as we desire. Getting started with PromoRepublic was super easy. There's a ton of information online. And then just the layout of the interface was very user intuitive. It was super simple, both myself and my wife who use it with me. She was able to like jump right in and activate things and do all the stuff and make changes. And anytime it's easy for her, it makes life easy for me. If you're thinking about PromoRepublic, the only thing I can say is do it. Let's be honest. You have to be on social media to make your business thrive these days and PromoRepublic makes it super simple for you to do that. It gives you a ton of templates and ideas and they're very engaging with you in the customer service aspect of things as well. There's also a Facebook page. So yeah, my recommendation is to just jump in, do it. You won't regret it.
