The system is highly customized, extremely user friendly, very flexible and an absolute pleasure to use. The customer support is outstanding, and response turn around time is lightning fast.
There are some redundant features that can be a little confusing for the user.
It's been really great to work with the ParentLocker team. They've been extremely responsive to questions and understand how customers are using the software so they can easily update and improve.
The few features that we felt were missing have either already been added or are being rolled out this year.
I also appreciate and love how customer service is so nice and quick to fix minor issues and in answering all my questions.
But in truth I haven't used the customer service, so its annoying that you make me answer. Put in a not applicable button.
The product is so comprehensive; it can create many types of data reports to help analyze different situations. Customer service is great- they are patient, incredibly helpful and quick to respond.
Also, setting up forms for families to fill out, so the information flows into the database, can be a little difficult.
I am using this software from the beginning of 2019. It is a fantastic software, I am happy to use this software.
Frustration after purchase" waste money - no support at all, contact channel is non-sense.
Excellent for instituitions that are just launching out and need some level of effective communication between teachers and students.

User friend and the fact you can access it anywhere in different devices. The features are outstanding.
I regret the money I payed. They answered me one time in WhatsApp, they proposed to make a meeting to solve the problem and they disappeared.
I enjoy using eSkooly because it has great features and a user friendly UI.
I threatened that I will give them 1 star review and after that support immediately stared replying to my messages, but from the next day continue to ignore me.
