eloomi vs DiscoverLink Talent LMS: Which is a better fit?

They have been flexible, responsive and happy to flex and adapt with us to ensure we end up with a solution that is right for our business.

We had 450 people through the process and the vast majority was complaining about the speed. At times there was 20-30 sec delay whenever you selected something.

The eloomi software is extremely easy to get started in, as opposed to other e-learning platforms and the ability customize individual courses is fantastic. It is intuitive and user friendly.

Lack of courses and no courseshop built in, some difficulty with setting up automaton with importing users.

There is some great gamification that is a good motivation for users that could even be used more.

Lack of mobile app instead of possibility of using it through phone browser.

The best part of eloomi is how easy it is to use and train others to use. The included training guides are helpful as is the eloomi help website, but I did not find myself having too many questions.

Or if they are launched, they have limited function and are not working perfectly.

Easy of use, simple to understand, good graphics...often it's even FUN. Enjoy the reinforcement "Gamification" sounds and graphics applied.

Additionally, some of the courses are very glitchy and creates user frustration/ having to go back and repeat things. The less obstacles, the more buy in from the team.

Not only will they answer your inquiries in a VERY timely manner, but will go out of their way to take suggestions from the field on how to improve this already outstanding product.

Millennials think it's from the stone age. Server connectivity fails and credit for completion gets lost.

Intuitive to use, and has appropriate flexibility to accommodate the needs of our franchise community. The responsiveness and support for questions and ideation is outstanding.

Sometimes the modules can stall out and take too long to load up in a browser but with the transition to HTML5 this has happened far less frequently.

They had great suggestions on what content types would work best for each lesson, which resulted in a really fun and interactive finished learning program.

Lots of issues with stalling, freezing, and not giving credit for completed (or mostly completed) items.
