They have been flexible, responsive and happy to flex and adapt with us to ensure we end up with a solution that is right for our business.
We had 450 people through the process and the vast majority was complaining about the speed. At times there was 20-30 sec delay whenever you selected something.
The eloomi software is extremely easy to get started in, as opposed to other e-learning platforms and the ability customize individual courses is fantastic. It is intuitive and user friendly.
Lack of courses and no courseshop built in, some difficulty with setting up automaton with importing users.
There is some great gamification that is a good motivation for users that could even be used more.
Lack of mobile app instead of possibility of using it through phone browser.
The best part of eloomi is how easy it is to use and train others to use. The included training guides are helpful as is the eloomi help website, but I did not find myself having too many questions.
Or if they are launched, they have limited function and are not working perfectly.
My overall experience with the platform has been wonderful. SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been a great resource, always available when we need him and we never feel like an inconvenience.
Building of Content took/takes longer then anticipated and there is an inability to inactivate employees if terminated mid year without losing all of their reports.
We have had the greatest support from the team at LemonadeLXP. SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the short time we were able to work with [SENSITIVE CONTENT], have been absolutely amazing.
The only thing I dislike about his software is the reporting. I find it to be not always accurate, and it can be difficult to understand/navigate.
Large or small, Lemonade has become a crucial tool in our ability to service Customers and meet growth goals. Lemonade's support team at LaunchFire is an outstanding bunch to work and partner with.
At times it is confusing as to where we can review the information that we are being tested on.
I love that it helps me learn all of our products that we offer as a bank while also being fun.
I dislike the fact that the scenarios step is so complicated.
