Loyverse POS vs Oliver POS: Which is a better fit?

Their program is 100% free, easy to use, and has awesome support. They also have created integration with their loyalty program (LoyaltyOcean).

When items are out of stock, system should give the owner the option to hid the item until it is restocked. There is no warning given and shown when stock is low or completely out to the cashier.

I start to use this app and i love it very easy and good customers service i hope they continue giving us good update in the future.

I often found myself with duplicates in my stock list which was throwing me off at the end of the month counting sales. However, this might just be a user error I have yet to sort out.

We love the simplicity & that it allows all owners to view from their devices at any one time. We love that we can access it using any of our Handphone/ tabs.

There are a few "missing features" if you're comparing to other POS systems, namely staff management, online ordering, delivery management but these aren't concerns for a lot of businesses.

Very easy to setup and the interface is so clean and easy to understand and best of all no ads. I'm a small business owner and I like that loyverse has allowed a free version for us to use.

I am completely confused on the sales history in the back office. Sales by payment and sales summery don't match.

The best thing about Oliver POS is that it works seamlessly with WooCommerce. Oliver POS gets all of its information directly from WooCommerce, making the sync seamless and flawless.

There are errors in options and customising; other thing is that Oliver does not take the bulk discount pricing I have in my products and I have to set the discount by myself.

I like the Oliver POS very much. It works great for our non-profit's gift shop and at conventions and trade shows.

The absolute worse customer service. Four months in and still cannot get the system to work.

Ease of using, easy installation and a ready solution for physical store fully integrated with woo commerce.

The fact that you still can’t use it on IOS as an app and the errors.

Within a few hours we had switched from our previous provider to Oliver. With Oliver we resolved issues such as search speed, VAT and discount calculation issues and more.
