We love Canopy and love that they continue to improve their software with new integrations and functions every quarter.
The company said I could try the product and cancel for up to 6 months. They now are refusing to cancel.
It's easy to use and I love that it's continually updated and improved upon. Suggestions are actually considered and implemented which shows that they really care about providing the best product.
Lack of charts showing all clients and the status of their case. This may be because I don't pay for all the bells and whistles.

I found trying to speak to someone in sales a problem, the Technical person was quick to assist on Zoom, but he could not assist me with sales, the Live Chat doesn't work if and when you find it.
I also love that this works with QuickBooks. How awesome it is to give a report to my CPA from my phone.
It is on the expensive side, especially for small businesses or startups with limited budgets.
Joshua G.: I'm Joshua. I'm the owner of an accounting firm and I give Canopy four out of five stars. Before there was Canopy, it was a hodgepodge of trying to use different systems and software. There wasn't anything that really stood out. I chose Canopy because they allow me to keep every client's information confidential and secure. It's, well, as I understood it, better than bank level security when it comes to keeping private information private. Getting onto Canopy was a piece of cake, I guess you could say. Logging in, seeing everything laid out, I guess you could say ergonomically, it was just very easy to use. If you're considering Canopy to use in your business, I don't know. I'd just say they're a great product to work with. Customer support is excellent and I just really love it and hope you will too.
