My only major complaint is that I often miss out on some very important notifications that get lost in my inbox until too late.

I liked it's reporting and analytics feature the best. It gave somewhat clear insights into employees progress and performance.

Compatibility issues that I had with my Windows 10. It keep requesting me to authenticate my login and it is very irritating.
