Small businesses and enterprises who are working with confidential data, and would like to avoid data breaches.

GDPR compliance was super important for me and that's why I opted for a paid and secure service (other than Google Drive). It's a great solution for small businesses on a budget.
I suspect that if you're a larger company you get priority service but really this isn't acceptable. It's the one thing that really is disappointing about Tresorit.
I love, that I can be sure on any time, that I can access all my documents and pictures where and when I want. And I'm super happy, that they are secure.
One of the things that I've found to be a little tough is file deletion, as of now if you delete a file it's gone forever since it's synced among your devices (there is no trash folder/function).
By now, the app has a fully equipped interface with great features like Dropbox has (share a library/file; file history; great mobil app for Android).
Conflict files may result if you work on any files before they are fully uploaded to your Tresor, or synced to the PC you are working from if different from the PC you uploaded them from.
Their support team is phenomenal, and they're always quick to respond and happy to help, and is some of the best customer support I've ever received.
Doesn't support macOS tagging system, so that when you sync files to another Mac it won't preserve same tags.
Great product, work on any format and very accessible.
The price and poor documentation, It is not easy to have the money to buy immediately and without trying.
Pretty much everything about this app is a win.
Not much except pricing, its costly for normal people.
How clear it is, it is easy to use very useful.
It is very simple to use. File transfer and synchronisation are very good.
Jens: My name's Jens. I'm a software developer at my own company and I'll give Tresorit a five out of five rating. For more information, please click below. I have been using OneDrive and also Dropbox. And well, it did work, but, well, better things are ... I know if there's a [inaudible 00:00:37] applied, if you get something better, well, you replace things that were mediocre. First of all, it's very easy to use, and it's highly performant. I use it to, on the fly, back up all data in my visual studio environment, as I change it. And it works perfectly for me. Beside that, it's very easy to exchange data with customers. That wasn't a problem at all. I got a demo version for me. And I hit off from the start. I never experienced any difficulties working with it. It also has tutorials, which you don't really need, but in case you do, there are tutorials for every feature in the software. Well, you can easily try it out. They have a demo version to download, so you can try it by yourself. And I highly recommend to try it because it's easy, it's safe and it's performant. And that's pretty much all you expect from a software like that.
