CEIPAL ATS vs SignalHire: Which is a better fit?

Talenthire is a wonderful Applicant tracking system which I have been using since over 2 years and am more than happy to use it. The support team is courteous and has sound knowledge on the product.

Some what complicated with login unable to login continuously have to login again and again which is annoying some times.

Equipped with automated features, refined search capabilities, and seamless integrations, it increases productivity and helps pinpoint top candidates.

The software has bugs and sometimes we encounter errors, also there are some features that are hard to use.

I started using this ATS when I was with my previous employer and I'm glad that my current employer also uses Ceipal. Its very user friendly and their customer service is very quick & good.

Ceipal page stuck and buffering all the time during work. We have to delete all history and again have to start process from starting rest hard to get a relevant profile from our database.

Overall, our experience with CEIPAL ATS has been positive, and we would recommend it to other businesses looking for a reliable and comprehensive applicant tracking system.

The biggest business problem we solved was one click automatic migration of multiple resumes at a time from various jobboards.

The customer service has also been very quick to respond and has been very helpful indeed. I would recommend this as a great additional tool to search for the best talent in technology.

Software does not work particularly well for lower skilled trades positions, so if you have high hiring volume in your plants, don't expect much ROI from this software.

I've been using SignalHire for about a month and have been very pleased so far. The Market Analytics and built-in candidate database is fantastic.

Delay in responding to support, failed to find some data.

Among its obvious advantages like significant number of candidates with their personal info posted, easy to use search system, there is also a decent price policy that is yet another pleasant suprise.

This product sent back 30% of the emails as "failed delivery. And of 200 emails I sent out- only 5 were opened and 2 people got back.

This software does so much of the work for you, it's a perfect solution in certain circumstances.
