Mariana Tek vs fitli: Which is a better fit?

It's super easy to use and their team is constantly making updates and releasing new features showing that they are focused on improving the product.

Requires third party Mailchimp/Mandrill to sent basic transactional emails (reservation confirmed, cancelled, etc) which is insane, no other software requires that and has the basic emails built in.

It is sleek, modern, clean, and easy to navigate. Not only does it look great, but it is easy to use as well, and offers a ton of extra features and reports that I did not have with other platforms.

One of the things that is a downfall in Mariana Tek is the inability to split a sale. That was the biggest weak spot I found.

Overall, I have been please with Mariana Teck. The usage is simple, the graphics are nice and I have been pleased with using the various platforms across Macs, Windows and iPhones.

All emails come in unsubscribed when you convert from mind body which is a total nightmare. Sales reports are terribly hard to read.

The ease with which managing every aspect of the in-studio experience occurs is bar none, and I appreciate how MT is always looking for ways to innovate and improve its offering.

My ask to MT is to just do better, stop forcing your customers to self-diagnose problems, and point at your sister company when it is an internal problem.

They are affordable, reliable, helpful and the program is useful for our small yoga studio. I trust them, the program, and recommend it to others without reservation.

I had previously used Mind Body-Online but became so disgusted with their lack of customer support and high fees that I jumped at the chance to use an alternative.

Easy to use for business and clients, great customer support, FANTASTIC price, and many useful features such as autorenew, messaging, and reporting.

Ive been through 6-8 booking softwares before I met Fitli, I was skeptical at first, I went through hell with the past softwares and lost control of and clients.

Our customers love how user friendly the software is. The Fitli team has done a great job of creating a wonderful software as well as creating a long standing relationship with their customers.

I sometimes have a difficult time navigating the software, specifically the personal, professional and business profiles are too much for me.

Amazing price, easy setup, comprehensive easy to use program and the best customer service ever. All of the features have made managing my fitness studio a lot easier.

And if we needed something that wasn't an option yet, they worked hard to either get us a workaround or added it for everyone to use.
