Jobsoid vs Fountain: Which is a better fit?

Amazing customer support team that always developed new features as I suggested them. It felt like a true partnership and was an amazing value for the price.

We are no longer a member of Jobsoid because their platform was terrible.

The best feature of Jobsoid is that it is a very user friendly software. If there are any doubts, then they are resolved at the earliest.

Some slowness in the publication of the vacancy. Fear of candidates filling out a form on another site for them, for example, if the candidate moves from platform indeed.

Easiness of use, good customer support, easy to track, good metrics given, good pairing with our local regulation.

Mainly candidates that are not qualified apply and after a couple a days there are no applicants. The role wasn't anywhere in the middle of nowhere or a very specialized skill.

I have selected Jobsoid after comparing the deals available on the market, and I think it was a very good (and lucky decison) to go with them: I have a very good user experience since the start.

Generally the system is really clunky and difficult to navigate and very much orientated to an American audience.

Overall, I have had a pretty good experience with Fountain. I think that it's a great platform and mediator between the candidate and interviewer.

The implementation was difficult, we lost our Account Rep in the process. It was a lot of self discovery versus the support we had expected.

The customer service has always been excellent and their ability to grow with the needs of their clients is worth mentioning.

There is no drop down arrow anymore to notify the use that there is a duplicate application/account.

Overall, Fountain has fantastic features that make the hiring & on-boarding processes easier to deal with and this came with a great price point as well.

The interface can be really messy/ugly and sometimes difficult to sync with google calendars and other softwares used during hiring process.

The product is very easy to use and Fountain is always looking to upgrade and improve their platform. Candidates tend to love it.

Fountain's focus is on functionality and obviously less so in the UI. There's limited design customization which makes it hard to utilize certain features.
