iLobby vs VisitUs Reception: Which is a better fit?

Customer service has been great. I love the product and hope to grow a great relationship.

The thermal camera integration does not work well at all.

I've been very impressed by how easy it was to order, configure, and install. I've participated in other tech implementations in the last and this was the most seamless process.

This is unnecessary and I've had to instruct my IT Teams to refuse this request. The issues of needing a code to re-install the software do not require the system to be reset.

Our clients love the simple and easy to use iLobby sign-in process and that makes us happy; seeing our clients happy.

For years we had a receptionist that registered people as they came in and we struggled with when she was out for vacation, sick, personal days to replace her.

ILobby team was great at helping us setup the product and customize it to our needs. We love the fact that it runs on a 23" screen (the only system that found to have a large screen option).

No real issues have presented themselves other than what we have experienced from a platform based problems.

The software is great, the customer service and response time is amazing. We love that we can get assistance super quick to resolve any problems.

We've had to implement "No appointment, no visit" workaround with checkboxes and such, which do the job for unwanted visitors/solicitors.

Mostly, the product's been very useful for our company needs and we're happy with it. The price is excellent for the value.

Lack of customisability in buttons colours. Ipad keyboard kills userbility in landscape mode.

Its a clean and easy to use piece of software. Great value and excellent support backup.

I had a little of a rocky start with paying, set up and then a week after we had been using the software there was a technical problem globally.

The ability to contact visitors whilst on site via email or sms, is very helpful in our line of work. The feedback we are receiving from staff and visitors alike is very positive and encouraging.

Limitation of iOS for the device it runs off of. Removal of a sign in book leaves you exposed to what you can take with you on an evacuation to allow you to roll call.
