greytHR vs Alkimii People: Which is a better fit?

My experience is ease of doing payroll and employee self service features are of great highlight. The support team is quite professional and helpful.

Use their payroll system to make your life a living hell.

The fact that this provides an end to end HR management solution is amazing. The performance is amazing and there are a lot of features.

The problem that I faced was with the documents listing. It directly got downloaded.

Overall experience is very good infact excellent. We will highly recommend this product for everyone.

Not much cons but it have logging error in start of month most of the time.

Overall experience has been extremely good - best is the Support team - approachable and resolve issues or clarify at the minimal time.

Customer support is really bad. When i got an issue with Payroll the resolution did not come through and even the ticket raised is not responded to.

Overall Alkimii has been the best decision for the company they are so helpful , So user friendly to use , and has everything you will need , Checklist, HR , Revenue etc.

Loss of internet connection and inability to check information in the application.

The customer service is always excellent, any of my queries whether a quick question or a bigger issue are resolved quickly and reliably.

Sometimes, too many new features are out at one time and it gets ignored or forgotten.

Generally excellent and give good, reliable information as and when required.

If not updated, doesn't work at all. That's my only complaint.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are always eager to help.

Honestly this is not about them but any time i am transferred between stores, my account log is gets messy.
