My experience is ease of doing payroll and employee self service features are of great highlight. The support team is quite professional and helpful.

Use their payroll system to make your life a living hell.

The fact that this provides an end to end HR management solution is amazing. The performance is amazing and there are a lot of features.

The problem that I faced was with the documents listing. It directly got downloaded.

Overall experience is very good infact excellent. We will highly recommend this product for everyone.

Not much cons but it have logging error in start of month most of the time.

Overall experience has been extremely good - best is the Support team - approachable and resolve issues or clarify at the minimal time.

Customer support is really bad. When i got an issue with Payroll the resolution did not come through and even the ticket raised is not responded to.

My overall experience is that Oyster is a good product with potential to be great. We've used competitors and this is more user friendly.

Generic support is lacking, most of the time I have to involve my CSM which is hard on me and unfair to them.

Very helpful to have all the documents easily accessible across employees, contractors. The customer support is pretty great too.

For some reason you cant match my payments to the invoices, the billing is very confusing and you always think I havent paid when I have.

I love the ease of onboarding into Oyster and how fast and convenient it is to set up a new remote contractor from any place in the world. Invoice management is seamless.

It takes much time to respond to an emergency.

Oyster HR have a great help center team that maintain great communication whilst resolving issues/queries.

There is actually very little I can complain about with Oyster.
