I like how easy it is to extract data from different web pages, the templates are very good, the system works smoothly, the proxy service is excellent, the automated web scraping is very effective.

Between the awesome platform, the fantastic scrapers and the epic customer service, Apify is an absolute force.
However, their support simply never got back to me even after I followed up with them. Horrible customer experience and for this reason I cannot recommend them.

The proxy service doesn't allow me to choose the country for the requests, so the websites that have IP-related restricted access doesn't work with the Apify service.

UI could perhaps be modernized (i.e. dark mode?), bit of a learning curve that could be more of an obstacle to usage for some.

Now they are not giving new features to LTD users. Stay away from this, others also have complained about mailboxes stopped working and [sensitive content hidden] is asking to buy monthly plans.
OCR (optical character recognition) is efficient and accurate, while the various methods of retrieving the analyzed data are equally reliable, providing an excellent overall experience.
Overall the tool itself isn't bad, but the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is highly unethical and left me without $120 and without access to the tool or a refund.

It is difficult for beginner to extract data from tables.
The platform successfully retrieved the mails that i wanted, showcasing its reliability in data extraction.
Some settings are a bit unclear to the untrained eye, such as the table options.
