I like how easy it is to extract data from different web pages, the templates are very good, the system works smoothly, the proxy service is excellent, the automated web scraping is very effective.

It's a little difficult for me to navigate the menu.

She's responsive, helpful, knowledgeable, communicates clearly, and best of all, deploys a suitable amount of empathy.

Between the awesome platform, the fantastic scrapers and the epic customer service, Apify is an absolute force.

The proxy service doesn't allow me to choose the country for the requests, so the websites that have IP-related restricted access doesn't work with the Apify service.

They reply instantly to queries, they are super helpful and they care about the consumer. They don't grab your money, they grab your loyalty by being nice.

UI could perhaps be modernized (i.e. dark mode?), bit of a learning curve that could be more of an obstacle to usage for some.

We use competitors prices feature from google shopping, and this help us to offer our customers the best product at the best price.

The trial version it is quite limited and to make some proper test it is not enough.

All is generally excellent, we process the data into our own systems and it all seems comprehensive and a generally smooth process.

Setup it's a little tricky and does not completely match SKUS (prefers EAN).

Ease of use because each result is formatted in the same way regardless of channel* Pay-per-use instead of pay-per-product* Better data-quality than competitors.

The integration with google sheet it was perfect to pair it with other integrations.
