Shipping integrations are smooth and the overall experience with Veeqo has been amazing. The team is good from the start as well.
It takes away all the worry and risk of error from the order process.
The simplicity of the system along with the ability to manage it from afar is what helps make it so user friendly. Staff find it easy to use and reports are simple to read.
Technical challenges are expected but Veeqo have been useless at resolving things and communication with the development team is dire.
Fantastic software that is really giving other established software providers a run for their money. Really easy to use, simple and a good support team that assist when help is required.
You've got to manually link your products with supplier codes which is a massive problem when you have over 7,000's sku's.
The huge number of articles in the Help Center, supported by a fantastic technical support team, means that we are always able to resolve any niggles incredibly quickly.
Let's start with the arrogance of the management, they don't bother to respond to the most basic of customer service.
I love that they are constantly improving the functionality on a regular basis and are open to recommendations along those lines. Overall this is an excellent value.
There also seems to be a time delay for quantities updating across the channels. This has been a problem that we have seen on multiple times when we are at 1 or 2 units left for specific SKU's.
I like the ease in which products can be toggled, adjusted, and managed for quick updates on multiple platforms. The support team has always been responsive and helpful too.
The lack of being able to change the SKU after the product is created.
The on-boarding team has been great and very responsive to our needs. They have quickly addressed any issues we were having.
We came from the other I-should-not-bad-mouth, much larger, publicly traded competitor. They basically abandoned us and even said to me, in writing, 'last time we work on this issue.
It has been a pleasure and I would recommend everyone include these guys on their short list to review.
Some of the user interfaces can be streamlined a bit, but it is still quite functional. I have seen much worse from other offerings in the space.
Kyle: Hi, my name is Kyle, the owner of QuikCamo, and we sell hunting apparel mostly to turkey hunters, and I give Veeqo a four out of five star review. Before using Veeqo, we were using ShipStation, and ShipStation had a monthly fee and Veeqo does not. So that was the main incentive for switching over. It functions pretty much the same as ShipStation, and we'll integrate with our Shopify store, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart.com. We chose to switch to Veeqo mainly for the cost savings. We're a small business. It's family-owned and operated. My dad and I run QuikCamo and just trying to save on expenses. So Veeqo, functioning the same as ShipStation, basically covered all of our needs for shipping our products, and that's why we switched. Getting set up with Veeqo was a little more difficult. There's still some things. Syncing the inventory and where it will permanently attribute skews once set up is a little frustrating if you want to make changes. The customer support was pretty good, but there's some delays on communication with them, so there's not a lot of handholding on getting set up. So that's something that I think they could improve upon. So if you're going to get set up with Veeqo, I'd recommend giving it a try first, and being aware that there is some communication between Shopify and Veeqo that needs to be improved with order updates and also post-purchase updates on an order. It won't sync, the integration won't sync with those changes that the customer might make after the initial purchase, and that can be frustrating because if the person fulfilling the orders doesn't go and look in Shopify to see, then you won't be aware on that order checklist of products in the order that there may have been some additional items. So that is one of the biggest features that I've requested for them to update, and that is one thing that I will give Veeqo, is they are making changes. They're fairly new, but there is a lot to be wanted with the software, but they don't charge you anything for it, and it integrates well with Amazon. So if you're mainly selling on Amazon, then it will work for your needs for shipping.
