Small to medium to large businesses and organizations. Including professional services, and non-profit organizations.
One of the things that I love Just Call is the user-friendly interface. Moreover, I also like how it integrates with other websites just like Pipedrive (for the leads) and make.com (automation).
It’s really hard to find the voicemail. I have endless dislikes about the app.
Lastly, they keep regularly and proactively updating about other things I asked. Their customer support is simply excellent, responsive and reliable.
Extension is rendered useless by the constant (literally one every 5 seconds) Chrome notifications that are impossible to turn off that your "macbook speakers are now connected.
Works amazing for the most part. Very little issues and super glad we found them and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.
When more then one caller is ringing for 2 different accounts there is no way of choosing which caller you can answer.
Just all is easy to Install and use, free text and calling are a cherry on top. Using that service to grow sales is amazing.
At some point there were interruptions due to the network. Also sometimes cut the voice due to the connection.
What I love most about it is how easy it is to use and you really can't beat the price. The customer service has been top notch and very quick to respond with any questions I have had.
Horrible customer service. Not only did we have a problem with double billing.
Great cost, so easy to use, great quality with great features and functionality. Wonderful Customer experience.
With so many software options out there, what sets companies apart is their customer service, which was shockingly disappointing from Textedly.
It was easy to use and feature rich as well as reliable. Customer service was responsive and very helpful.
We have had issues with spam on our end as well as the users since we started our trial.
Textedly is super easy to set up and start texting. The team are happy to help with any questions you have to help you get started.
No mobile apps nor video tutorials and not event one integration. Compared to others the large, monthly cost did not get you nearly what the competitors would give you.
Alex: Hi, my name's Alex. I was the student success team manager at Tutorly. And I would give JustCall a four out of five rating. We used JustCall as our phone system for customer service related inquiries and sales related inquiries. Each member of our team had a login for JustCall, and JustCall then integrated with the CRM we were using, which was HubSpot, and all of the call and texts for customer service or sales related needs were then recorded into our CRM. As a manager, I really liked that I could, at real time, monitor a call that one of my sales teams was making, so I could listen to their script work, I can listen to how confident they were on the phone and it would help me better coach my sales team. Additionally, I really liked that a record of the call was then automatically integrated with our CRM. So if there was ever a customer that was saying that they said one thing, I could go back and listen to the call, to listen to the complaint and then address the customer's needs or complaint or whatever the issue was. I thought it was a little bit expensive for what other competitors were offering at the time.
Susan: Hi, my name is Susan, I'm a Tech Ninja. I give Textedly a rating of two out of five. For more videos like this, click below. I've looked at several different text messaging systems. One of them was SMS Magic. Textedly did not work out for me because it did not let me segment my list in a very effective way. The reason I initially set up with Textedly was because I was just trying them out. I was on a trial program and before I could finish the trial, they were offering this really nice bonus, extra points for using more texts and things like that, and I wanted to take advantage of that. So, I talked with chat. They told me it could do what I wanted it to do, but then when I got into it couldn't, and so that's why I stopped using Textedly for what I was trying to do. It was pretty easy getting started with Textedly, it seemed pretty intuitive on how to use it. The problem was, when I tried to get it to segment the list, I couldn't figure that out, so I was in and out with chat, trying to figure it out. At the end of it, I discovered that it couldn't do what I wanted, which was again, to segment my list into groups. After probably about two weeks of trying it out, I tried to get a refund because he requested a annual payment in order to get these bonus messages, and that was where the problem came in. They said no, they couldn't give me a refund, so I told them I was told something and it didn't work. It took a couple of chats with different people before I actually got a refund, and then they charged me something to discontinue it, which I thought was weird. But anyway, so my off-boarding experience was much more troubling than my onboarding experience with them. So, if you are considering using Textedly, I certainly say try it out because you don't know if this tool is going to be a good fit for you. It wasn't for me, but you never know. But also, I would recommend not just relying on the chat questions, give it a try. Try to accomplish that before you sign up for any program, because sometimes companies are very forthcoming about refunds and sometimes they're not.
