The worst thing about Pandora it's the lack of some basic functionalities like other products offer like correlation of metrics and the horrible UX.
The quality and helpfulness of technical assistance is excellent. I love everything about the Pandora FMS workstation, especially the user interface.
The general feeling that Pandora FMS transmits is of robustness, at no time do you have the feeling that something is missing or that some module can do something else.
It's like "bring your own monitoring service", you set it up and you use it. So it only depends on you and that it's great if you know what you are doing and you want to personalize everything.
For Debian/Ubuntu maybe a little tricky; the configuration interface maybe hard at glance because is for general purpose along all the program.

I don't really feel there are any cons. I've tried other network monitoring systems and they are always difficult to set up and maintain.
I cannot say enough good things about the PathSolutions team and their continued effort to improve upon this already great software.
Covid has also limited our need for the short term.
