A whole new way to listen to employee feedback.
Human resources, benefits and compensation, business owners, companies of all sizes.
The most important benefit is a real-time insight into our company culture. This benefit is extremely valuable to companies like ours that are growing at a very fast pace.
The only problem we have been facing with the software is poor integration capabilities.
Great flexibility in the question setup, allowing you to tailor to your business or team. Great dashboards help you visualize the results and turn this into actions.
It can sometimes be frustrating trying to second-guess the reasoning behind anonymous feedback, but then the anonymity is key to the platform so I guess it's not the software that's at fault.
Having real-time data the day after the survey closes and having the ability to watch scores improve or decline through the next open survey session is amazing.
At the moment, nothing as such to dislike about Workday Peakon Employee Voice.
Peakon is a very well designed and easy to use Engagement tool. It was great to get consistent feedback and insight into our strengths and priority areas that needed improvement.
Other than that very little i would put into the negative bucket.
Super easy to use, great amount of brands in the rewards, easy links to other apps such as Fiit, meditopia for example.
There aren't any features we have found that we dislike at the moment.
A great experience, implementation was quick and easy, the admin platform is informative and easy to use. Love the buzz that it has created.
The layout of all the posters and website have the same theme - initially I could not take it seriously because of the childish brand identity.
From a user persepective I love the simplicity of the the challanges and way it encourages me to walk and keep healthy, it also helps maintain a daily routine of ensuring I take enough steps each day.
The wellbeing hub is difficult to find and the apps are difficult to sign up for.
I love the daily quests and the fact that you can gain Yu Coin for the more you engage with the app. Love the surprise surges too too to allow you to increase your Yu Coin quicker.
I don't like that you can't do challenges on an iPad, especially for workout classes.
Molly N.: Hi, my name is Molly. I'm a creative coordinator for a healthcare nonprofit, and I give Peakon a five out of five. We use Peakon to check in with our employees and our staff to make sure that everyone is remaining engaged and connected within our company. We have people across different states in different units, in different buildings, and so Peakon really helps us to make sure people feel like they're being treated the way that they deserve to be treated, whether by coworkers or supervisors. But it also allows us to make sure that we remain focused on our company values, that they are spread across the entire company no matter where people may be. So Peakon's surveys really allow us to stay connected with our employees, make sure people are having a good experience at our company, and to also make sure that we are keeping up with our mission statement and our values. What I like most about Peakon is that you can get reminders to take the survey. So not only are we able to email reminders out to employees, but we can also sync it up with other applications to communicate, and we can set them up to go out weekly or bi-weekly or whatever we want, which is very helpful to do. And we can also really customize the questions. So if there's a certain situation going on in the company, we can change that week's questions to reflect that to see how people are responding to that information. So we just really appreciate how much you can customize it as well as how easily it is to communicate and send out those surveys. What I like least about Peakon is the grading scale. So we do have quite a few employees who sometimes have issues with how they rate the scores, and what's a negative score, what's a positive score, what's a neutral score? But they do luckily give a score sheet so that it makes it a little bit easier to explain to people.
