We love the ability to chat/group chat, upload links and share notes with each other. Our company is spread out over a few states, so to have the ability to chat with everyone is very important to us.
Getting stuck in a long conversation can be annoying at times.
Simple install, seamless to use and very helpful when working with a large office. It's great for productivity opposed constantly having to physically gather to share information.
The first month of our remote employees they are getting loopy from the noise until we find out by accident when we zoom with them and explain where to switch it off.
It's super user friendly. I love how it breaks down the price & has a description for all items available.
I have not come across anything that I dislike about this software yet.
I love how cute it is and it is very convinient as an app and desktop version as well. I used it for nearly 4 years and I am pretty happy with it.
For our use, it meets all expectations, we have nothing to complain about, but on the part of the administrator I have already seen complaints about lack of integration.
Wonderful IPT plaform for corporate/ business requirements that must ensure a reliable and secure communication platform.
The user interface can be confusing to use. Sometimes I find that I have to refer to the instructions when I need to use features that I only use once in a while.
This Call Manager is the best we have ever had, the voice quality is unbeatable even in remote offices connected by VPN, 100% recommended. It is a very good investment.
The only complaints that I've had about CUCM have all been addressed in newer versions. The complexity of licensing was addressed with Enterprise License Manager.
A very reliable and stable solution which we are have been using for years.
Cannot use anything while it has dropped offline.
Great tool for my team to use for both incoming & outbound calls. Easy to use and great functionalities.
The screan is not backlit so it is hard to see if the lighting is in a dimmer setting. The wier to the phone had to be replaced three times over the few months i used it.
Ramin S.: Hi, my name is Ramin and I am a partner marketing specialist at a software technology company and I give Flock a four out of five. Our daily use for the application itself is team collaboration and communication across folks that are in multiple places across the entire globe. To be able to stay connected on tasks and communicate on different issues that could be going on daily is something that we rely on Flock just to make sure nothing gets missed and that the communication is as open and transparent as possible. What I really like about Flock is the ability to assign tasks and keep live updates on tasks with different folks within our organization. So seeing live stats and live messages of where things are at and how we can make sure that things get done and not lost in the day-to-day offerings in the workplace, I think that's where we can really see the successes of Flock really stand out. What I don't really like about Flock is within the capabilities of its messaging limits. So there is a 10,000 message limit, so we've had issues around being able to refer back to historical messages within, whether it's a project or just the chat itself. So that is something that could be potentially resolved at some point. And then also, its integration capabilities with certain apps just aren't there yet. So hopefully that's something that comes down the line. But as far as its day-to-day and functionality and being able to work within a team, it has everything you need.
Praveen: Hey, my name is Praveen. I work for a state agency, and I rate Cisco UCS four out of five. So basically Cisco UCS is used for infrastructure with everything like server, storage, and backups in a single pane of glass. The thing that I like more about Cisco UCS is service profiles. Service profiles are basically used like a one-stop. You can install one golden template and you can deploy this onto 100 of your hosts. So the things that I don't like in Cisco UCS is the installation. We need to install the servers, and then store it, and also configuration of backups. All these things will be a little bit difficult and time-consuming process.
