I love the friendly setup of the platform and the simplicity of use, mostly I use it for the praising the colleagues and it does solve a lot regarding giving positive feedback and having mood boost.

Super easy to use software, that was easily adapted by all employees. Definitely helped the overall company morale in sharing positive feedback and praise for one another.
But we also found it difficult to standardise processes within our unique company structure.
It is a breeze to understand, it is clear that it has a lot of love and dedication behind, and an utterly talented team working on it, whom unarguably know what they are doing.
I am not sure how to use the app for the performance tracking, otherwise nothing is lacking.
