Inventory cant be ordered by ordery, little bugs with tax rates, unsupported multicountry dial codes.

For me, one of the cons was the inability to connect to unlock servers through api connection.
Ease of tracking both internal and users, excellent comprehensive reports, informative dashboards and system availability made us to continue using the system.
However it does not justify the fact that they decided to cut ties with me and that I was problematic on the payment.
Its ease of use and simplicity. The online support is also great and replies are quick.
Features requested are limited to the mass of adoption by the rest of the software users, which we understand.
