I love this program, and as I mentioned the customer service is amazing, and there is lots to learn from all their information available online.
We have also had problems with policies and not allowing parents to register due to the policies and so I had to take those off.
Good help articles and very responsive support team. We have had many fewer email requests seeking assistance from our club members during registration than we did with our previous software.
I preferred when I was able to do a live chat. Waiting for email returns can be a pain.
It has streamlined our registration process, communications is easier, ability to have a website is nice. Lots of reports that are helpful.
I can't batch invoice a group for a product or subscription, which is a pain when I need to invoice 80 people for a fundraising item, outside of a program.
The easy training language supports volunteers who are just wanting to make their clubs better. I would very strongly recommend Uplifter for use by other organizations.
It is clumsy, not intuitive, over complicated, difficult to extract data.
I like the general structure of how it works and the ease in which the system seems to outline your products. I like the ability to customize it to suit your needs.
Just a terrible overall experience and product. Also, there is no phone support at all.
I love how "lightweight" this software is. If you're looking to create a course, but don't want quizzes and bunch of the overhead that comes with a full LMS, RCP is a great solution.
My only criticism is the limited layout of sign up forms... they could potentially add easier options for styling and customisation. I've had to bring in a dev to code these.
I am happy with my purchase and hope they stay current and competitive with other membership plugins.
It's been a disappointing process, to say the least and Avalara acknowledged there weren't even one dozen users of the combo.
I love the ability to easily create a variety of membership levels as well as different discount codes. I also love the variety of add-ons that give additional functionality.
We had an issue with the first site we used RCP on where it did not smoothly integrate with some custom aspects of our site's theme, and it was difficult to pin down where the issue was.
Simon: My name's Simon. I work as a director for a nonprofit company, and I give Restrict Content Pro a star rating of four out of five. We use Restrict Content Pro, RCP software, and we weren't using any software befor.e we began a membership subscription website. But we looked at a variety of WordPress plugins that would give us the functionality, but RCP stood out head and shoulders above the rest in terms of functionality and add ins. RCP offered us a variety of functions, such as discount codes, which are really important, offer promotions for the membership website. Also able to offer different types of membership and to look at customers and all of the products that they had bought using the software. Those functionalities were what made us choose RCP. RCP came with lots of documentation that enabled us to start using it very quickly. And there's also an intuitive feel to the software, which meant that reference to documentation didn't need to take place for a lot of the functionality, which just seemed very intuitive. The Restrict Content Pro software comes with a number of different purchase levels. We bought at a single website usage, but then realized we needed to use it on a number of websites and were able to upgrade. That was one of the things that means that I would recommend people to use this. It's able to grow with your organization and your level of usage.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
