Actually Ucraft is better than other CMS like Wordpress, Shopify, Wix because its UI and Dashboad is very clean and easy. I like to do using Ucraft.
It gives a large red warning and looks terrible on the companies image.
The features that were made available for the free version are the best on the market. The support team is very responsive and available to help.
The only real negative for me is that the software works with so few internet browsers.
Love the product, kudos to the Customer Support team, looking forward to more and more integrations and useful tools.
Inability to write my own code. How everything is partitioned - need to go elsewhere to do SEO.
I particularly love the blocks feature, where you can make your own templates and reuse them on the website. I love how you can add fonts and customize the website to your liking.
Background UI is a little clunky. Quite confusing to setup with custom domain name.
I have got a great experience with this platform. Also, the customer service is great, very supportive.
It affects the entire website fonts which is something I dislike a lot because it really ruins how the website will look in seconds with accidental fonts that you don't like.
It's easy to use and the customer service is super friendly, they help you out with whatever question you may have.
One of the problems I have is that updating my sites regularly is a bit of a pain because of the back-end, so I just don't do it often enough.
As a first time retailer, many of the features were new to me and so it was really nice that they were always super accessible and willing to help.
Lost some items as they weren't backed up automatically.
ZYRO is super easy to use and complicated things (such as getting a domain) was perfectly well described and SO helpful, because this service was offered within the application.
The biggest con is the lack of add-ons or plug-ins.
Asebi B.: My name is Asebi. I'm a communications coordinator. I work for a company with about thousand plus employees, and I rate Zyro a four of five. Before Zyro, I used another drag to drop website builder Wix, which was pretty interesting, but I had issues especially because it was costly and it was a bit slightly complicated than Zyro, and it loaded a bit slower, and I needed something more affordable and easy to use. So, that's how come I switched to Zyro. I chose Zyro mainly because of the deal that they had at the time. They actually had a two-year deal and I think it had some extra free months for a very good price. And I also liked it because I felt like I was part of the development of the website builder because I got started when it was at the beginning stages and I felt like every inputs that I made on the features that I wanted to see are something that they listened to and implemented in a couple of months. So, that's the reason why I chose it and I've stayed with it as well. Zyro was kind of easy to set up. I just logged in with my Google details and initially when I started I already had a domain, so it was very easy to connect to my domain to Zyro. So I mean, the onboarding process was pretty easy. They had already built templates and yeah, like I said, it was very simple to navigate and to start building my website. Okay. So, for anyone out there looking for a website builder, looking to build pretty easy and very functional and responsive websites, I think Zyro is a very good option. First of all, like I mentioned it's very affordable compared to other website builders that I looked into. It has most of the features that I need, doesn't have so much extra that most people do not need. It has, I mean, it's also good if you want to start a shop. It has very good e-commerce features that can help you make sales in your products, and it's very seamless, integrating any forms of payments and also building up on inventory. The interface is very easy to navigate, like I said earlier on. So, it's a good option amongst the many lot. I think Zyro, it's really good if you don't want to face the complexities of building a website.
