Organisations of all industries and sizes seeking a comprehensive solution to streamline their events and enhance the attendee experience across in-person, virtual, or hybrid events.
Airmeet is built for B2B SaaS Enterprises that envision to grow and bring people together through world-class events.
Our attendees have raved about the ease of use and overall design and working with the team is great from a staff perspective, making communication and implementation as seamless as possible.
Not having the green room operator able to see length of videos was difficult as was the inability of the GRO to speak with anyone who was live.
They are an outstanding team of professionals who desire excellence for all concerned. We are so very grateful to them for their willingness to go to all lengths to create success.
Instead, they took our money and ignored us until two weeks before our event, then paired us with a rep who did not have full understanding of the event or the platform.
What was particularly appealing is the "can do" attitude of their service/support team and their proactive suggestions as to how we could improve our approach to virtual events.
The worst company and people I have ever dealt with - the product is not fit for purpose.
I took over the app project in our association about 8 months ago and the process of learning about the app has been great thanks to the support team. The app and the dashboard are very user friendly.
We paid for 25 events but had to stop after 12 as so unreliable- still trying to get a refund.
From registration to the event, everything is amazing. To be specific, the Interface is super smooth & the round table conference setup makes networking fun.
The biggest downside was there was a huge delay in getting the meeting recording off of the servers and then I waited too long and have not been able to download 2 of the sessions.
It's been reliable, stable and the video and audio quality are great. Having creation, registration and delivery all on one platform has made life so much easier.
I emailed our rep and received no reply. I then emailed the support account and was told our rep no longer works at the company and put me in contact with a manager.
I loved the product and would definitely recommend it to other colleagues. Video quality can be improved.
Once created we can't delete an event. I've made two just for testing and it's annoying to see them in my backoffice.
The audience engagement features help you connect with your audience to improve the effectiveness of the event. Streaming features are also very cool and easy to setup even for non tech people.
Send couple emails and was totally disregarded.
Miguel: Hello, my name is Miguel. I'm a sales manager for a trading company, we are 20 people in the team, and I'm giving Airmeet five out of five. Before using Airmeet, we mostly do events on Zoom, but it is very different. Zoom is good for some things, but not really for events. The main issues we had is, it was very hard to keep the history of the chats of people, to reply answers to specific users, and to have more than a few hundred people connected at the same time with access to different guys doing different presentations. So I heard about Airmeet, I went to the platform, because the founders, they did a demo and it was really, really amazing. The whole platform is super friendly and it's not the regular online call, online meeting that people used to see. This is a very well-designed platform and you can see in every part of the dashboard all the important things, all the things that matters. And also, it has many integrations and you can even do automations with the platform. And most important, you can have different events running at the same time, and within different events you can have different rooms, or different sessions. So it's really, really good. Getting started with Airmeet was easy. It has too many moving parts, but if you take the right time, it's going to be easy to settle everything. Sometimes the people, the users, the guests, they are not used to such a new system, so you also need to make sure that you understand what is going on. But this is a great tool and easy to set up. If you are organizing an online event, if you're considering Airmeet, there is no other way than going there, and they have a free version. You can organize some events for free, so you can get started. And they have a crazy good support system, they are 24 hours there, they can arrange a meeting if you have questions. So really for me, it's one of the best platforms if you want to do professional events. So go there, have a try, try every part, every feature they have, and I think it's going to be very good for your business.
