The ease of use, IT help is always there and very kind, it helps reduce the paper trails in our home, it offers everything that DHS is looking for and more.
The only thing I find that is annoying when you download an insurance card if it is not a JPG. It does not show on the face sheet.
What I like the best is that all information is easy to find and categorized together. Picture of every resident is intact and every bit of information can be found rather quickly.
The only con is that I had to pay for my documents to be added to the system.
I have had great experiences with the system as a whole. One of the greatest aspects of the system is the willingness and ability of the company to customize the software to meet your needs.
These are difficult to use and print properly for a 2 week schedule.
All of the updates has been beneficial to the residents care and that is extremely important. All staff are very friendly, have positive attitudes, and will show you exactly what you need right away.

Implementation is amazing - the dedicated team for implementing will ensure; the the software is set up exactly to what you need, and you are trained fully before you go-live.
Due to staffing shortages it takes a bit longer to get a hold of customer service. I understand the staffing issues, but an hour wait is a long time.
Point of Care is a great feature for CNA documentation. Utilzing the dashboard to see real time the progress of documentation is key for leadership.
The response time/ time it took for PCC to correct errors.
I like the links within the software, the ability to link progress notes to care plans is a nice tool to utilize when following up/looking into falls.
There are a lot of functions that we do not use, and sometimes the back-end set-up is difficult - but that should be expected on a complicated product.
Also, being able to troubleshoot without the help of technical support is amazing. The pulse community is extremely active (timely responses) and super friendly.
Workflow and layout are not user friendly. Aesthetically unpleasant for the eye.
